BIM professional with strong expertise in Utilities, Roads and Steel Bridge Projects. The role involves BIM Model development,  multi-disciplinary coordination, clash detection, and project delivery support across infrastructure projects. The candidate should be willing to travel based on project requirements, with opportunities for onsite assignments in Riyadh. Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla & Navisworks.

Managing overall BIM environment for railway project. Ensuring BIM models are as per client requirements. Perform Clash Detections. Support teams in BIM model development and taking off quantities. Supporting the client in Taking the developed BIM model to 4D & 5D level as well as LOD 500.

Manage BIM Workflows for multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between internal teams, clients and external consultants to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Lead mentor, and manage a team of BIM Specialist, ensuring team performance aligns with project goals and timelines. And act as the primary point of contact with clients for BIM-related discussions, addressing concerns, managing, expectations and providing progress updates.

Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar industry - standard software is essential. Experience with 4D visualization tools like Autodesk Navisworks, BIM 360 are highly desirable. Knowledge on synchro is added advantage. Ability to Create and manage BIM models, including the accurate representation of construction sequencing, logistics, and site - specific considerations

A Highly skilled and experienced BIM MEP (Builiding information modelling mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to join our team. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems design and coordination, along with proficency in BIM software. The role involves working on global projects, with a focus on regions such as Australia, USA, UK, UAE, and the Middle East.

Shall have good drafting skills in plumbing detailing. Shall able to create detailed plumbing layouts for water, sewer & storm water. Shall comply with building codes & standard, drafting standards. Create and review structural drawings, Develop RCC designs including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), Utilize experience in building, bridge, railway, or road drawings, Apply AutoCAD expertise to produce detailed and accurate drawings.

Experience in steel detailing and CAD RC is preferrable, not mandatory.

Basic knowledge required in AutoCAD drafting/drawings/designs.

Lead and oversee design development and technical reviews for railway, bridge, and associated infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with railway standards, specifications, safety and constructability requirements, and timely resolution of design issues in coordination with the client, consultants, and contractors.
