Assistant Manager HR

Min of 5+ years experience in to end to end recruitment. Closing the open positions as per manager requirements on time. Good communication and written skills, Need to join Immediately. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking. Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
