BIM Coordinator

• Review BIM models for compliance with standards and design requirements.
• Conduct model audits and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and act as a central BIM contact.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and track issue resolution.
• Manage federated models, ensuring proper integration and version control.
• Support preparation and review of drawings and model-based deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and onsite teams for technical discussions.
• Drive BIM best practices and continuous improvements.

Required:

• 3–10 years of BIM experience in infrastructure projects (Utilities, Roads, and Steel Bridge projects).
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, and Navisworks.
• Strong skills in BIM coordination, model review, and clash detection.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred

• Experience on international or GCC projects.
• Willingness to travel / work onsite as required.
